KANCHAN VIEW BOUTIQUE SUIT NEAR GANDHI ROAD (Chalantika Group)

THE OWNER AND THE CARETAKER BOTH ARE VERY ILL MANNERED PEOPLE,THE ROOMS ARE DIRTY AND THE CARPET HAD GHUTKA STAINS. We had booked a 2+1 bedroom and we specifically booked because it was pet friendly as it was filtered out by the website. Even while check in no objection was raised. On the second day we were called out of nowhere to come and shift to another room as our room was booked by another group. We had to cancel our plan and return to hotel to shift. Later owner calls and says his party cancelled their booking because of my pet's furs on the blanket and carpet and we needed to pay 1200 for the damage. What's ridiculous is where's the damage in here ? They shouldn't have mentioned their property to be pet friendly of cleaning pet fur was so problematic for them. And it's expected for any pet to shed fur, therefore, how is it our responsibility to pay extra for cleaning?

FIRST OF ALL ROOM WAS DIRTY ,THE CARPET HAD GHUTKA STAINS , FLOOR AND WAHSROOM HAD HAIR ALL OVER. SECONDLY, I had searched for a pet friendly hotel and this was filtered out by the app so I booked a 2+1 bedroom. Pet was not denied at check in. Later all of a sudden, owner asks me to shift to some other room and since we were not available near the property, he said he would himself enter and shift our luggage which we didn't permit him to. He said he doesn't care about our permission and would enter and shift our luggage if we didn't come due to which we had to make unwanted changes to our plans. He also asked extra money for cleaning out pet's fur as his hotel was not pet friendly whereas his property policy clearly states it was one.
