We visited Darjeeling last week(14/10/18 to 16/10/18) . We booked this hotel for 2 days.We reached almost at 12:30. Our car dropped us at the post office. One of the hotel staffs received us. We were allotted room no 6. The view from the hotel room was awesome. The location was excellent, room was neat and clean and well furnished with a nice washroom. The hotel staff was co-operative and always at your service. They even helped us with a staff on the day of our departure to carry our luggage to the nearest taxi stand. A superb hotel with an excellent staff.......

The hotel is very near to Keventers, Chowrasta and Mall road. It's located inside a by lane. Hotel staff guided us to the hotel themselves. It was hassle free. Room was pretty clean and with basic amenities. They provided warm water to drink whenever we required. Hot water 24*7 available in the washroom. Tea was nice. Food was also decent. Service was good. People who have problem with walking or climbing up the hilly road, shouldn't opt for this hotel as the road that leads to the mall road is pretty steep.

Wonderful experience at Raphkhang. The owner and his dedicated staff did everything possible to make us feel special. They were extremely gentle, caring and often went out of their way to provide a very satisfying experience. They kept contacting us even before reaching Darjeeling and put in extra effort to guide us as finding the hotel entrance is a little tricky. Inside, it was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The food served by their in-house kitchen was quite good too.

The hotel is newly built and has very clean bathrooms. The view from the windows is great and and bed is just perfect in terms of softness unless you are used to five star beds which is too soft. the staff is extremely helpful and always at your service .Only cons to this hotel is: it is located in a very steep climb and it is not suitable for older people. Also another challenge to is they do not have credit card facilities so please carry cash.

awesome hotel. Darjeeling mall is nearby 5 minutes. location is in chawak bazar fancy market near rotary clock tower. taxy stand and bus stand is in lower and mall is in upper hill. view of Mt. kanchanjanga from window is amazing. this is enjoyed from bed. there is a view point in hotel roof. room is so spacious. toilet and bathroom is net and clean. hotel staffs are so co operative and we'll behaved. hotel is good for family.

the hotel staff is extremely helpful and provided every possible support needed. the check in process was smooth. since this is a new hotel the rooms and bathrooms were flawlessly clean. the rooms had good view.only area of concern is the approach road.it is extremely steep and not suitable for ages travellers with knee problem. also they do not have credit card facilities which they claim would come up soon.

Our stay at Hotel Raphkhang was really pleasent. Mr. Dipang, the main person of the hotel was very helpful and arranged vehicle for all our trips. He really takes interest in interacting with the guests and providing them with valuable information. The service and hospitality of this hotel was really good and we really enjoyed our stay there. I will definitely recommended this hotel for a family vacation.
