Nice location and spacious room. They also provide free pick up and drop service to Vaishno devi base location. No AC heater in the room they will provide you a small heater plugged in which is not effective enough in winters.

Staff behaviour was soooo rude.. they don't know how to host a guest. Really horrible experience.. will never recommend anyone

Hotel is average location hotel is ok staff is also averge Room is good some issue i found there 1st near tea cattle no electricy plug to oprate cattlei put the cattle in hand to prepare tea 2nd tv not proper working 3rd in washroom no tooth brush paste or comb so i give it 3 star

pathetic, poor service ,bad attitude of the manager the rooms were in very bad condition no hot water in bathrooms, poor Drainage in the bathroom. heater not working and when we complained they were not bothered, on top of it they did not even give us the car for station drop which was earlier promised to us

this hotel is really very very poor in ambience and maintenance, overall only a single star properly but dont know from which criteria it considers itself to be a 4 star properly.never been to such a bad property labelled as being a 4 star hotel

4 star is too high rating given. Average hotel, average rooms, average services. Need to ask for hot water in bathroom every time. Food pack given without plate, tissue and cutlery. Rates looks high if kept in consideration it was a slack season and Sunday Monday night booking.
