Shower was not working , Flush was not working , TV was not working , Wifi was not working poor stay . Staff was not coperative . They don't know anything .

one day we stay without ac intercom not working, room smelling, bathroom was bad condition as of now i have no any pictures but if your team check thay can check room number 109 & 101

stay was okay okay but it is not value for your money. bathroom was a mess and in room there was deemak on walls and in bathroom too. i suggest go for other hotel in same price rather than this hotel

Not good service, AC was not working. Fan was creating enough noise. Lift was not working.
room is spacious, cleaning is average.

AC is available but not working
Lift is available but not in use
Led is fixed at wall but no connection
Phone box is fixed on table but in dead condition
Door lock is broken
Washroom Flush pipe is also broken
Wash Basin tap is not working
Washroom is in worst condition
Waiter also demand money on the spot when they give any food item

It was a quite good experience with this hotel . The location is perfect for a bus traveller as all the volvo buses arrive/departure from right behind the hotel.
Main market and ARM Mall is also very close to the location.

Rooms were spacious and staff are helpful and cooperative and apart from these two points, i personally don't find any reason for others to book this hotel 🙏There are many areas where this hotel needs to improve:1. Washrooms (So bad- u can call it pathetic) 2. Cleanliness (too much smell in washroom)3. lights in room (mostly fused or not working)4. Room Entry Gate (Locks are not working properly)5. No room/ toilet fragnance6. Exhaust fan (too noisy)WashroomUncleanliness
