Worst to worst service, no proper cleaning of rooms, A/C not working, Water provided is dirty, Bedsheets are not cleaned, lighting of the room is also bad, no soaps provided, Staff does not listen to us easily, i reached them and asked to clean the room and provide clean water, but they didn't listen. I will suggest everybody not to book this hotel!

Most pathetic experience of all time. Bathrooms are so dirty, room very smelly. Taps not working, Ac not working, most of the charging points also not working, no soaps, no hand-wash. Towels also not provided, bed sheet and blankets was so dirty. I recommend no one to book rooms here.

it was a terrible and pathetic experience on the whole. cockroaches was all over in the room .not even cleaned ..I was with my family.....even there food service was not working...every thing was a mess...even bathrooms were dirty as like rooms..intercom was not working...I will not recommend this hotel to anyone pathetic... disgusting..go at your own risk...

Horrible and pathetic experience. we booked 3 rooms and all of them were worst. uncleaned and bad bathrooms. non working exhaust fan in all, paint chipping off with fungus. tiny cockroaches in room floor and on beds, termite on doors, frames. the hotel deserves negative rating only. we booked this including breakfast which they refused after we checked in and in return they refunded just 500 in compensation. extremely bad experience.

Hotel is not as per listed in goibio. Room size is good but not cleaned room. Insects are there.
No kitchen, no katel or tea coffee maker in room. Freez is too dirty.
Bathroom water linkage. No shop no sanitizer.
Wold like to request goibio to refund atleast 50% amt as i stayed for 1 night and 2 days.
