Best hospital in Katra. Their rooms are very neat and clean. Room service is excellent with best food taste. Very cooperative staff. Nearest hotel from bus stand and niharika bhawan

Very poor condition of rooms.Not worth it.. BathRooms are smelling like gutter leakages, cups broken, no sufficient toiletries...Overall a poor experience....They need to upgrade..Not good for a journey of Mata Vaishno Devi travel.

while booking the room they showed different photo but after reaching dere they provided with an under construction room with broken door lock. I also got electrocuted while turning on geyser.
when I complain all this with manager,he said if you want to change the room then u have to upgrade with extra charges.
this is a kind of cheating.
from any point this is not a 3 star hotel. so don't book it.

Please remember the following information:
- If the power goes out, the AC will not turn on, even if the generator is running.
- They will not provide a brush, so it's better to bring your own.
- If you extend your stay by just 1 hour, they will ask for extra money even if the hotel is empty.
- The room is just okay, not very good.
- They have a window AC behind the curtain, so be prepared to face sunlight during the day. 😃
Not value for money as they are charging. You can easily find a good hotel nearby

What u see, while u reach it’s totally different. No water , staff not well behaved told me if u don’t like cancelAnd go. It’s good for group of guys like college or village type group.

good view of Bhawan from room as well restaurant. nearby market and bus stand. food also good 👍. budget hotel in katra. we accommodate in family suite room with 5 adults and 1 children.
