The room was ok. There was a problem in bathroom fittings. Health faucet was not working. The shower handle was not working properly. Linings of bed are bad but we got them changed. Apart from this everything is fine.

Not a good experience..I have been staying at this hotel for the last 3 years and every year their service and quality are downgraded..
They have given the room where bathroom pot seats are broken, No towel holder, also no one comes to clean the room for 3 days..
staff is also rude
I will never recommend this hotel...
Cleaning as very bad

the stay in ganpati hotel was good.... the location is perfect.... staff behaviour is great.... everybody was helpful.... just one could have been better.... hot water in the room was not at all hot so we had to use katel for hot water...

This hotel offers excellent value at an affordable price. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. If I plan to visit Vaishno Devi again, I would definitely choose to stay here.
This hotel exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

The room was pathetic. Walls were damp and it was smelling really bad. Everything was broken whether it was fan regulator or tap. There was no facility at all. Bathroom was also dirty even the kettle was smelling. Hot water was also not provided.

Wastage of money.. very Pathetic and uncomfortable stay.. Nd one most important thing don't waste your money to order your food here it was really a pathetic ... In this booking amount you have a better option available in katra
