one of the best located hotel in katra. the surroundings are green n very open spaces. the rooms are very spacious n well furnished. washrooms were clean n well maintained. the staff members are very courteous n helpful.
hotel provides vehicle for transportation.

Hotel was good but only issue not supporting with the bill asked to provide printed bill which they are asking to collect from ibibo and ibibo is saying to collect from the Hotel.

Very good service by staff and always cooperative.
During the stay due to terrorist attack in pahalgam, throughout katra was closed but K.C residency owner himself helped us to get things and arranged himself.
Too much down to earth person.

we had a comfortable stay as the room was spacious and clean. the hotel staff was very courteous and considered our request for early check at odd hours. they serve good food in breakfast and for dinner. it's conveniently located and at a walking distance from the main market road.

Horrible Wifi service in the room
No TV Cable connection in the room, already made 3 phone calls, keep saying one line "we calling someone"
Ordered food in room and it tastes so so
Not much fun after all.
Staff is friendly though so there is only that much they can do.
