We stayed at this hotel in Katra recently. While the location was not very comfortable or easily accessible, everything else was great. The rooms were clean, amenities were good, and most importantly, the entire staff was exceptionally helpful, polite, and attentive. Their warm hospitality really made our stay pleasant.
