rooms are basic. bed sheet and blankets are not washed 1st water bottle is also chargeable. by geetanjali group they even not maintained their repo

one of the worst hotels in Jammu.Dont even try to book in this hotel. worst service and poor management. I wouldn't never recommend anyone to stay here if they give it for free.

This is my fourth visit to Vasinodevi (Katra) and I always prefer to stay in Hotel Maharaja because the hotel is the best in Katra never kept me and my family to wait for the room whenever I reached early they happily let me to check in to the room early. This time the room was different but same neat and clean with a big wide window where I used to get Morning sun rays on the bed. Neat towel, neat washroom and thanks to the all the hardworking hotel staff. Thank you everyone and thank you hotel Maharaja :0.
