great experience staying in this hotel . excellent location, near from mall road , the staff were very friendly and cooperative , always ready to help , and the reception especially the night shift boy was very helpful

stay was good. only issue was i mistakenly booked the same room twice for the same day. even after repeated requests made just after the 2nd booking(date selection was wrongly done by mistake) they did not cancel the 2nd booking and did not return the booking amount.

This hotel exceeded expectations! Wonderful accommodations, reliable power backup, and exceptional staff, particularly Receptionist Elika Rai and Abhinash. Although the food was slightly pricey, it was delicious. The hotel's tour booking service was fantastic - they provided an Innova Crysta at a reasonable price, and the driver's behavior was impressive, taking his time to ensure a comfortable tour. Highly recommend!
