after booking they have charged extra 500 rupees per day we are 2 poeple still...no service ..no one should go in this hotel... i have booked for more days but i have to leave the hotel in 1 day only very poor ...n spcly the owner mr naveen ..

V hd confirmed booking for Nov 5 & 6 in this hotel.But when v reached d hotel,d manager told dat there ws'nt ny booking n r name.When I showed him d msg,he argued wid us nd told dat he hs cancelled r booking*den d manager left his counter *After waiting 2 hrs we booked a room n another hotel.After being harassed by him,v gotta knw frm other local people dat he* hs also harassed a lot f customers earlier.*

It was an excellent staying wid dis hotel... owner Mr. Naveen & the hotel staffs chiranjeet n suresh are very helpful, good n polite in behavior... & dis hotel is absolutely value for money... situated in a good location. 10 mnts from mall.. only 1 problem u can face here dat dey dnt hav dinner n lunch facility in off season I guess... overall it was really awesome..

Hotel looked good frm outside even looked good when we saw the room but it was smelling damp, blanket was smelling, the cabinet was very dirty......n just to let u know the room was nt ready...the key was missing then they gave other room which was as i had mention above.

I had visited this hotel with family this month. The hotel is situated in a nice location. Close to the Mall, and walkable distance from DJ railway station. The rooms are well-maintained, although, they won't change the bedding every single day. Although it says Wi-Fi available, but I did not get the service for even a single day during my 4 nights' stay. I booked room for 3 adult and 1 child but this room was so small and bed was too small . this room was not comfortable for 3 adult and 1 child. Hotel provide only two pillow and small blanket
