Over all nise stay,TV is not working but wi fi and geyser is there .The behaviour of all the staff and the manager is so polite.
Maa vaishno Devi entry point is just 15 minutes walking,

There is no cab facilities for pick up as at Katra every single hotel provide there cab facility.

I have booked 3 bed room for 2 days, but when I reached there, they said rooms are full, they booked room in nearby Hotel for me for one night , but that room was not good.
Once they shifted me in the Hotel next day, hot water is not coming in the room.

there were small insects in the room as well in the bathroom...The AC was old and broken, basically cleanliness is not there
