Dharamshala is much better then this hotel.
It the worst hotel of my life time. Rude staff , no ac rooms, coolers not working , geyser not working, food also not good. One man Handel reception also did cleaning, mechanical staff and all.
Initially they told accept cards at the time of payment said we dont have machine.No facilities at all. No pick drop facility also.
its better to go for other hotel, even dharamshalla will be much better then that...

Hotel service is very bad. when I reach for check in they don't have the information for my booking,after calling Helpline they provide the room of very low standerd.They have free service for Banganga drop,but they don't provide me the service due to that I booked the room throw online.1st time I have problem in my last 19yrs of visit in Katra. Its very worst hotel.

Worst Experience, Hotel was in very poor and bad shape, no cleanliness, staff was very rude, we asked them for pick/drop to the **** start point of Katra, **. Ladt visit of mine was on 11 March at Devi Mahal hotel which was very good hotel and also they gave us drop facility but not return pick-up, **. I would rate this hotel in (-) minus.

I really like this hotel property. Well maintained and decent services and courteous staff. Everything was perfect in this hotel. Really a satisfactory stay. Got the nice worth. Recommended to all.
