Nice ambiance, supporting staff. Silent environment.
Ideal for Vaishno Devi pilgrims. Hotel is located on the way. Excellent service provided. Recommend for all tourists who were visiting Katra.

the hotel location was good. the manager and other staff behaviour was also very nice. we loved the stay. just we found that there was no much space for keeping our things and cloths. the hotel should provide water kettle in the room itself.

the hotel is well located ,neat and clean.price is on higher side compared to the amenities provided.there is no provision of a wardrobe in the room to keep clothes.there is no dining place in the hotel.the staff are courteous and service is good.

Hotel was good room toilet bedsheets are clean location is excellent, bus stand, Yatra registration counter main market is at walking distance. Hot water is available.

The hotel was not good at all. Doors broken. Not so hygienic. Staff was not so courteous. It was really not what I expected and not good stay at all

the stay at the hotel was very decent..price wise its not very expensive and if u r travelling with family then for sure i will give a thumbs up.
apart from that good staff n in form of hygiene neat and clean hotel..
in total a good experience
recommend for family by the means of safety
have facilities for getting hot milk for my baby.

Great location right in heart of katra main chowk. 2 mins walk to yatra parchi counter. Many places to eat and shop nearby. Wifi and network connectivity (jio) was good. Room is a little bit on smaller size but at this price is good. Room had a small balcony with street side view. They provide towels, soap and water bottle only. Geyser worked properly with hot water which is very much essential during winter stay. Staff behaviour was also good. Overall a decent hotel with basic amenities provided. Would recommend this hotel looking for a stay at katra.
