Very pathetic experience, irresponsible behaviour of hotel manager at night shift And one complementary from my side To hotel management, please said to your night manager dont be over smart Guest aa rahe hai apke paas to apki kismat hai humse aap hai aapse hum nahi Maine bola jab manager ko ki bhai sahab last three times se yhi stay krra hu is bar kaise aaplog ka management bigda hua hai? The hotel is OKish. I and my friend had gone for Vaishnodevi darshan . The location is very convenient bang on main road. Walkable distance from the bus depo.but the hotel has drop n pick up transport. Safe place to stay . We were only two of us girls .Tea room service is good. The hotel staff needs to be tipped for every single thing they do for you.so keep the tip ready 🤓

the best part about this hotel is d location n d parking they have....staff is also v courteous....rest rooms are very dirty vid old furniture ,torned curtains ,dust all around ...pics have been posted for further information... major interior work needs to b done asap...

I m very disappointed with this hotel. washrooms are so dirty and smelling. There is a big hole in the blanket and its very dirty. Overall its a bad experience with this hotel.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed. Blankets and shower were not upto the mark. The blankets were torned and rooms were not cleaed, they were unhygienic. Washroom was the most disappointed part. The dirtiest washroom I have seen.

Only good thing about this hotel is its location from the main market.Banganga is still 1.5 km away but cab is provided for pick and drop. My Room was in very pathetic condition it was like a dharmshala room. Bathroom mirror was hell, only 1 cfl was working, there were dust all around ,small sofa cover was all in bad condition. I complaint this to the reception but no improvement. For basic amenities we have to call the room service Towels,soap,toilet paper etc you have to chase to get it. And f ...more

It is a very average hotel. I didn't like my stay here and also got my room changed because the rooms were very dusty and untidy. I would definitely not recommend it to any one. Big no from my side!
