Hotel was good in terms of cleanliness. Room was big and clean. Our room was at first floor but lift was out of service. You need to climb those extra stairs after returning from maa vaishno devi darshan (not gonna please you if you are tired after returning from darshan). No wifi provided. Auto will take Rs.100 from bus station to drop you at this hotel. If you are in mood of walk and shopping the hotel is at walking distance from where the market starts.

Everything in the hotel is good. but the blanket is not suitable for winter. Everything else is good.
