It was horrible. The rooms were so untidy. Didn't hand over all the rooms till 1:30pm. Stepping foot on doormats felt like putting feet in beach sand. They were never changed or dusted. Had to get the floor cleaned personally. No proper staff. All the walls had spit marks of pan etc. The bedding smelled really bad. Simply, It couldn't get any more worse.
