it was a brief stay in hotel. I checked in around hotel 2 am in the night in a religious place.i was given two bottles of water both normal water. I asked for cold bottles as it was too hot ,they refused cold water and asked me to purchase new cold bottle. I am shocked to see the way this hotel treats it's guest. In this pilgrimage city of katra where this hotel was so commercial, i have travelled vast , normal ro cold water is available everywhere. What to talk more. I will never recommend thi ...more

disappointed
they had power cut for whole night .
in morning staff sitting in reception asked for 500rs for heater. i told they had no power at night,room were so cold, couldn't sleep,no hot water in morning
and asking for 500 rs. not fare . very disappointed.will never visit this hotel again and this was my 7th visit in that hotel

stay was excellent. the rooms were clean. bathrooms were clean and had hot water. the restaurant food was tasty too and the service was great. staff was helpful.

Real good hotel for the price. Their in-house restaurant has probably the best food in Katra.
Lift in a hotel definitely helps after yatra.

Bad experience, no service was provided such as pick & drop service to Bhavan or railway station. Constant noise because of some construction work was big time disturbance. Hotel staff provided wrong information during my stay which created another trouble. I booked this hotel for 9500 rs for 3 night and 2 days without breakfast, I certainly feel its too expensive as per the hotel service and experience provided to me. Hence, certainly not recommended.

not recommend……there no ac have the heating mode, so no use in winter…but they take charge of an ac room. therefore you can’t stay comfortably there in winter. secondly, they do not provide ro drinking water..but provide mineral water only that too at the charges as of restaurant which is totally unfair as drinking water is the basic need to be provided by the hotel.

Hotel Room was good as per the price paid for the room.
Staff were also good and quick in doing all the formalities .
Only down side I found was that they were charging ₹40 per 1 litre water bottle plus service charge, which bottle have only ₹20 print rate. This 2x rate is not justified as per the standard of the hotel.
