i stayed at hotel shree shaktia, katra on 6th and 7th july, and i must say it was a truly pleasant and comfortable experience.
from the moment i arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. the check-in process was smooth, and the hospitality throughout my stay was exceptional.

Do not book the family room at this hotel. The room was not spacious, and the AC wasn’t working. There were no clothing hangers or proper space to keep your luggage. The only positive is that the hotel is close to the railway station.

I had not stayed on this booking which was sub standared, it was not a proper hotel, nobody was present on reception, a boy was sleeping in the store adjacent to reception, showed us the room which was not clean, bedsheets were dirty, and toilet was also dirty.
On our request to give some other room, he refused and said jo yeh hai bus wahi hai, jaisa bhi hai.
Please look into the matter and refund my advance which I had paid well two months before exprriencing your previous bookings in past for which I have no regret.
Kindly refund the advance as early as possible

nothing was working in room.. exhaust fan .. power plug etc.
also a weird smell was there..
