We had booked in AC Deluxe Hotel Stay Inn a month ago. When we went to check in at the hotel, the hotel manager said that your room is non AC booking and he took Rs 1000 extra from us and gave us the room and the room was also very dirty, all the things were broken. I want to tell the goibibo company that I did not expect such service from goibibo.
