The stay was good but would like to highlight about the property's wooden floors are too old and are making noise which needs to be taken care of. The location of the property is literally at top in the hill as compared to other properties in Darjeeling. It is at a distance of only 1.3 Km from clock tower but my friend the elevation is 30-35 degrees as one ascends in the hill. A cab would charge Rs 500-800 approx for one way. The pictures available don't tell the real situation of the so-called resort. Its a very old property refurbished and added to summit hotels. its poorly maintained and amenities are not up to the mark. they are charging more than they provide. Infrastructure is not safe. Basic amenities are not up to the mark. located remotely. waste of money.

awesome hotel where you can have a great view of darjeeling and if lucky then you can have view of majestic kanchenjunga.i wz lucky to have the view in august .though the food is a bit overpriced, furniture and infrastructure are mostly wooden and outdated yet the location of hotel is best for view purposes..the road to the hotel is a bit tricky and a stiff climb.. upgradation in amenities required like gym, telephone,tvs and at least weather control acs required as per the price charged by the hotel. overall it was a fine experience .

I can't complain about the breath taking view from the hotel. Staffs are cooperative and well trained. The room offer to me didn't match the specification mentioned by the hotel. Pls make sure you are getting what you have paid for it.A weird smell of urine was coming out from the wash room all over the time.

We had a good experience staying at this hotel, it had an amazing view of the Darjeeling city. But, the hotel is pretty old. The staff and hygiene needs to be improved .
