Pathatic experience hotel did not confirmed booking has to fight at counter for same.. no wifi.. Light going off no generator backup bed sheet not clean pathatic experience

Hotel staff is comparative. Hotel's manager is not having knowledge about goibibo bookings. After many quary, he gave us rooms.
