Location is 700 metre from main market, room is spacious , food is descent but very limited options, only drawback is cleaniness stain marks in bedsheet and covers as it is new construct property overall 4/5 stay

hotel room was good and its near by railway station and vaishno devi journey starting point . only wifi was not working first day but it was fine on last day and room service us lit bit slow all though everything about hotel we can say 4 stars not bad it was worth according to rates.

very very bad experience of our pre booked 4 bedded toom, first they denied early check-in while I have confirmed a day before on call that we will arrive early they accepted it but on arrival they asked 500rs then allowed early check-in. Then in the night we found bedbugs in the bed we showed it to the staff and then they gave a 3 bedroom room at 12am. Recommend not to book anyroom here. Kitchen was closed at 8 pm while on the menu it was written that after 10 pm it will close

We stayed for 2 days in this property. The bathroom was clean but it was smelling badly. we kept the ventilation fan on for whole night and it worked for us. While we stayed, they told the lift is under maintennace but they were using it for their use not for customers. Since they told us that it's not working, so we have to take stairs to room and to food court at 3rd floor. The staff behaviour was good. the reception area is small and not on the road, so becomes difficult to recognize the hotel,
