Excellent hotel for NRI's family, front desk reception till drop off to airport service was outstanding.
Hopefully I will visit again with my family.
24/7 all services available, even they accept early check in without any extra charge.
Mid night 1 PM driver was available to take my son to hospital. My stay with family was from 1 to 3 July 2025.

my experience is very bad in the property
reason 1-very slipry in wash room
reason -2 diffrence in food bill but they don't care
reason -3 drop up service for helipad is slow but when the car came they said there is problem i lost my 1 hour and further i late 3 totally hours
i have a very bad experience with the fern hotel

the hotel is about 2 kms from katra railway station and about 500 mts from katra bus stand. hotel provides drop and pick up service to banganga from where the vaishno devi yatra begins. this is a good thing. the room i stayed in was basic with all the facilities you need for a night stay. nothing fancy just basic which is good enough. i would rate this hotel 3.5 star, certainly not 4 star. staff was helpful.
