I have had a wonderful experience staying with this hotel. They had been so helpful and considerate. The hotel is at good location and a beautiful property. The staff was so humble and helped in every possible way they could for the request I asked. they provided us with complimentary drop and pick up to Banganga. They actually dropped in early morning and did not make any excuse about unavailability of car or driver like other hotels do in Katra. overall very satisfied and happy with this hotel and staff.

My experience is not so good. Although it can be liveable and family hotel but it services is not worthy as they charged. They put expired items in mini bar. Staff forcefully ask to give full ratings. Even in the morning buffet the repeat item which is sambhar is stale.
Hotel price according to services/amenities should be range between 2000-3000 not more than that. Because in this area more reputed and classy hotels are more cheaper than this hotel and one more thing i booked this hotel becau ...more

Worst hotel and reception staff there is no amenties or supprts provide by them. But there restaurant staff is nyc and co operative. Specially one employee named singla something is very good
