Very nice hotel, the staffs are too very suportive and friendly the manager also is very helpful so please do come and stay in this hotel and the most important thing the veiw from the room is just splendid... i mean what a beautiful view of Mt Kanchanjuenga..please come and do visit this fantastic property
Too much comfortable for families, delightful stay any time any help needed the staffs are always there with a smile for help.

After conducting research, I selected Hotel West gate pasada by sumit. I was highly impressed with its clean and comfortable rooms and additional facilities. I highly recommend it!We had a fantastic experience with luxurious amenities, impeccable services, and excellent room views.

We have booked a Room with Balcony and on arrival they have upgraded our Room with Bathtub as well. The room was very spacious, neat & clean. We stayed here for 4 nights & didn't find any problems at all. They provide Housekeeping service on a daily basis. The staff is very supportive also. We enjoyed staying at Summit Hotel & also we had taken a first hand experience of Summit Hotels in Gangtok also that's why we have booked Summit Hotel here. Everything to love & nothing to hate.

we asked the hotel staff to increase our stay by 2 days as I was feeling unwell , I was down with high fever and cold and it was raining continuously on 21st July night until the next eve , I cross checked thrice regarding the tariff and I was told some price , I said I’ll get make the payment the next morning , now next morning because my condition had worsened and I was not able to move much , it was raining cats and dogs , these guys had increased the tariff to twice .
