No one picked up my call when I reached the Manali bus stand to locate the hotel. I called them several times but got no response.When I reached the hotel no one was available at the reception area. I waited for a long period of time then I rushed to the restricted area and knocked on the door so at last someone came out and told us that due to some medical emergency, staff slept late in the night.When I checked into the room below are the issues I faced and I reported to the reception and the service boy also but no one cared about anything. - no toiletries are provided - room was not properly cleaned up - water spillage issue was there in the washroom asked for the wiper so many times but didn't respond to that - Spider webs were there - Water bottles were not there(even if they are on chargeable basis), - Glasses kept over there were also not cleaned, - The washroom are not the same as it is shown. - Lights and charging switches are not operational on upper floor of family suite 5. As we have opted for the dinner buffet we called reception so many times when dinner got ready they always said "Thodi der m ho jayega" no proper time was there. Almost for 1.5 hour we were waiting for dinner to get ready. Even there was no rush in the hotel for the dinner buffet and still they were not on time. And after this when we complained at the reception the person sitting over there talked to us in a rude manner. 6. I Asked him why the washroom is not exactly the same as shown in the pictures. He said in a rude manner that " I have taken this hotel on a lease from past 8 months and I don't know anything". 7. Anyhow we tried to adjust in the room but again we faced such pathetic things the next morning which forced us to switch the hotel as soon as possible. - I ordered coffee in the morning which was served in the damaged cup. For this I complained to the reception but again no response. - As i was having a breakfast buffet included in the room but we didn't opt for that and ordered poha, Curd and sandwiches which are chargeable. The condition of poha was so bad I called again to the fooding department and somebody came to us and they talked to us in a rude manner like " Kya Problem Hai". This could be a little bit in a polite manner. I requested him to put some peanuts in it because no vegetables were there. After that they again served it now like in revenge they put so many peanuts in it and made it so oily that we can't have it. The curd which were provided to us is also in a liquid form and a foul smell was also there in the curd, Again no response from the reception. 8. These all things we managed anyhow but top to it something happened which is not at all ACCEPTABLE from my end. As we were working professionals and doing our office work on the laptops so due to some network issues we opened the room gate for some range. All of a sudden a street dog came into our room which is on the third floor and started eating our breakfast. This made me so scared and in fact at that time I was on a call. I screamed loudly and outside guests also entered my room. It made me shocked that there is NO SECURITY provided in the hotel, being a girl I just got into shock like if a dog can enter the room on the 3rd floor then anybody can come into my room. My husband shoo the dog outside the room. I directly called the reception and again no response from there. If that dog bites anyone one of us then who will be responsible for the thing.

The experience is very poor due to lack of proper maintenance. Firstly, the main door lock was broken. Then, the bathroom flush , as well as the geyser was not working properly. Blanket was dirty and burnt. Room service was not good including drinking water and room heater also. Inspite of asking them several times, no action was not taken, as the hotel stuffs were not very helpful. Our room number was 303, the duplex room.

I booked a family suite for 5 members with breakfast and dinner was quite good but need some renovation to rooms , good service provided by the owner itself with humble staff 👍🏻
