staff was polite and humble but room was not upto the mark. bedsheets were unclean. bathroom had a peculiar cigarette smell throughout our stay. also we were not able to keep our windows open as we faced same challenges with ciggerate smoke and smell from adjacent rooms. the offered breakfast was so so. overall we had a bad experience staying here as the temperature was high and the rooms are not installed with fans

Hotel was awesome along with staff behavior,food was also good. It is very close to MG MARG hardly a minute walk.I would recommend this hotel to all,it is very clean and hygiene.We really enjoyed our stay here.Thanks to goibibo for providing such a nice hotel everything was really perfect.

No lift, they given room at 3rd even all rooms are empty. Bedsheet are not clean, when asked they changed sheet. Room is very small.They asked to book Delux room so that we can shift in other room. Dont book room here if u want comfort sleep, 2 days i didnt able to sleep due to Mosquitos.

Staff behaviour was amazing.Food was really delicious.Just don't take the ground floor rooms.Perfect location next to Imagine store and opp to Domino's store .Owner is really good i think .So you can book the hotel and stay in the MG marg if you are visiting Gangtok

We stayed 3 days and food and amenities were good but electricity backup failed on 3rd day. In front of idbi bank and mg marg.

Bed sheet has big big hole. Hotel has stair case. Not suggested for senior citizens.
