Rooms were not clean and tidy. Washrooms were pathetic. Both were stinking. Also the food they serve was not upto the mark. We reached late and the dinner they served was really horrible and hospitality was also very bad. I understand the place is not for families but the owner should have atleast tried to keep the place tolerable. Although the cafe was good, the ambience was quite lively, however the experience we received was quite questionable. We did the booking few days before and even then we were not given the adjacent rooms, we requested for that but they denied. Room service was even worse. It takes more than an hour to get a cup of tea in the morning. linens were not clean. Cob webs were there inside the room and bathroom. We made the booking for only 1 night and that too made us regret our decision of choosing that cafe come hotel. the only good thing they did was to let us park our car for sometime after checkout.
