no gyser was there. no phone was there. water gun at toilet was broken. poor service. no breakfast in morning due to no staff.

The Room quality is so poor and those rooms are not cleaned and talking about hygiene... Oh god I am not going to book this again. By the way i was checked out last dayBecause of the unhygienic bathroom and not properly cleaned I was Checked Out Last day.

Location is excellent.
Room Service is pathetic
Gyser is not installed ,only a central gyser is there which dispens hot water only at morning.
WIFI is not available.
Restaurant service is also not upto d mark

30 plus old reputed hotel with proven track record. I used to come to this hotel and had great experiences .Im afraid it is no longer in great shape. Conveniently located with good parking space and cordial staff. But the infra is just functional. Toilets are not in good shape. Overall , a pretty average experience.

Hotel room are not good even light 💡 r not working Bathroom water 🚿 not properly work..Dirty room & Small.Staffs behave are not well.My room no-217.If possible then send your executive as a guest.Thank You.
