it was quite a horrible experience. firstly it was understaffed. we had booked a deluxe room. the ac was not working. Most of personnel at the front desk seemed quite clueless even when asked if breakfast was served in the morning. Never going there.

can't be anything as hopeless as this I had to change room thrice because ac wasn't working in them. the hotel has no staff. no one in reception.absolutely no trained staff. there was a party going on and all the staff (totally 3 of them) were engaged there. no lights no fan, no staff and no courtesy. there's bed and that's it

Where do i start. I stayed thrice in the hotel this past month. There are numerous complaints: 1) Lack of Staff. Check in and check out takes forever because of lack of people. Just one or two guys seems to be running the entire hotel. 90% of the time no one is there at reception because the person is doing other work. 2) No fan or Ac at reception. Due to lack of staff, we had to wait for 30-40 mins in the reception. We wet our entire cloths with sweat because the management didnt had the cou ...more
