The rooms were clean, and very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Guwahati Paltan Bazar

Worst hotel to live in.. Not at all clean. Bedsheet and pillow smelling.. Cigarette ashes in bathroom.. Cigarette buds in room.. Very small room, which is not as shown.. Interiors are also too bad.. Not at all good for staying with family.

Room size is big enough but not so clean, entrance is very hard to find. Hotel location is very good and convenient. It is just near Paltan Bazar. They don't provide packed mineral water instead they give RO water from Hotel. Overall experience is ok.

PROS:
1. Location: The location of the Hotel is too good. I was going to Shillong and got shared Taxi just below the Hotel.
2. Tariff: At this price, the rooms are quite good.
3. The staffs are quite well behaved and supportive.
CONS:
1. The only thing that I can think of is that, the bathroom needs a chemical wash. Overall it’s good with nice fittings and tiles but daily cleaning is not working, it needs chemical/acid wash which will make it shine again.

Very good location. but rooms are not so clean. WIFI , GEYSER , TV all are working very well. Rooms should be maintained well. Cleanliness of the room are not so good but its ok. not so dirty as well.
