soft-spoken and courteous host.
rooms were spacious
washroom clean, hygienic and large.location in market centered. all facilities closeby.
entry into the hotel is narrow.helipad for vaishnodevi only 10min.
had a good time and value for money.

very average hotel with no basic amenities in room like toiletries , electric kettle etc. room is ok. but staff should learn some etiquettes how to treat with guest as standard check in nd check out is 12noon to 12noon i checkout the room at around 1pm in between this 1 hour 4times there staff told us to leave the room. not a good experience
