Worst service. No water. Damp rooms. Dirty washrooms. Unsupportive staffs. Worst experience. Lift was not working. Not recommended at all.

no cleaning done on saturday mar 18 when we went for mata darshan.phone was not working in the room. had to visit reception every time i had to ask for water or anything else.room did not have fan speed regulator. we could only run it on full speed or could turn it off.

Great Hotel to stay, had a great experience. Staffs behaviour were also good . Hygeine and well maintained.

one of the finest hotel in Katra. Rates are economical as compared to service provided. Near by Main Market and Bus stand. location : 10 / 10 Happy Stay, Jai Mata Di 🙏

poor room service, dirty bed sheet, some small insects in bed, electricity goes in every hour, dirty bucket and mug in toilets
