The location is good near the railway station, food quality is very poor, washrooms are too old, and needs maintenance.

Location of the hotel is good. but service has serious concern. room service will not entertain any thing before 8.00 PM even after 3.00 pm no meals are served. I double they meals are bought from outside. Service took too long to dilivery food.

The staff was very rude. Told us they don't have any room available at 2 am in the night instead of the fact that we had a prior booking. he was misbehaving.

I booked the Hotel Sriloy lily. When I reached hotel Sriloy lily, the hotel manager said go to the Sriloy classic hotel, it is our extended hotel. Then I along with my family and luggage went to Sriloy Classic hotel. Very dirty and not cleaned hotel. the pillow and bed cover was also dirty, cover were torn. The bathroom is very dirty and slippery. Mobile charging point in the room not working. The room dimension is very small. the furnitures were old model.
