welcomhotel by itc offers great hospitality with friendly staff who go the extra mile to ensure your comfort. they check on you several times during meals to ask if the food is to your liking. the food is delicious, and the rooms are clean, spacious, and very comfortable. it’s a perfect place for a relaxing stay.

I have stayed for two days but i must say that i am not satishfied due to following reasons- 1. Behaviour of the reception boy was not good , when i asked about any play area for kids , he straight away said no.he didn't even bother to tell about the area of hotel where children can play. 2. No welcome drink . They have just put a jar near reception and asks customers to have it themselves and there is nobody to serve you welcome drink. Secondly glasses kept near jar were used. 3.
