    It's just like normal bus. Not fit for sleeper coach. Not even multi axial. Can't able to sleep properly

    Booked in an AC bus but the bus was cancelled and ordinary bus arranged which had a break down after travelling 50km i had to miss my flight from Chennai. This is the 2nd time with Universal travel Poor maintenance of the Bus by universal travel

    once again you provide a worst service. I have booked single birth but the travels Which I booked provide double birth and it's last one. really disappointing also they changed the departure time.
