Booked sleeper bus, provided an old volvo bus. They pickus in a different saying we will move you to sleeper at the end of city. After reaching there, kallada told you can cancel the ticket. Worst service ever, there is no reliability. Later came to know that they have done the same thing two days ago with another set of customers. Never ever book with Kallada
