You made the customer wait for one hour to give a room stating that payment is not received. It took one hour for you to allocate a room for a old person. He is 78 years old. No humanity. He has travelled whole day and reached your hotel and made him sit for moer than a hour to cofirm the payment. We had paid already still no proper treatment.
