if there was a zero rating .I would have rated it zero. The walls were not just perspiring but literally raining. moisture filled room with non working TV but the AC was excellent.

very bad worst stay worst hotel staff is not good service is poor they don't provide us executive room,and staff's mis behave, bad and linen is dirty all over torreble stay I want refund

Room was not at all good. The floor was stinky and with bad foul smell. Bed sheets are not cleaned. Over all it doesn’t look like an executive room. The in-house restaurant was not hygiene.

Location: Good, near Paltan Bazar. 200 Meters from Nepali Mandir
Cleaning & Hygiene: Poor. Dirty Towel, torn and dirty bed sheet, stinking room
Staff Behaviour: Average
Food Quality and Taste: Average
Complementary Break Fast: Has limited options like Puri Sabji, Boiled Egg, Poha, Corn Flakes, Tea & Coffee. Restaurant area is also very dull.
No uniform for Restaurant staff
Professionalism missing.

management is very poor
1. the welcome was pathetic as required to ask for help to pick the luggage.
2. firstly the under valued room was allotted, later on shifted to another room with incomplete amenities, no towels, toiletries.
3. there was water leakage from the air cooler.

It was really good experience. Morning breakfast buffet was good. Room was clean. Bathroom was also clean. Staff behaviour was also good. And the location was also good.
