That was a bad experience. Seats were interchanged and there was someone in my seat already. The bus started without sorting it out and I had to stand in the moving bus the till the person from my seat shifted from the upper birth. Stop over experience was poor i literally had to wait for the bus to land at the desitnation. They just stopped at the road side evry time. I had also informed the driver about the same and he said he would stop at some petrol pump for the ladies to use the washroom, but that didnt happen too.

Pathetic service. Still Iam standing on highway for changing vehicle. This is the usual practice of Kerala Lines in this route. I want to rate the service as negative.

Drop point was not specific. Before my stop, next passage came in. I was asked to get up from the seat. Driver and cleaner were very rash in behavior. No professionalism.
