Totally bitter experience. Shady operations. They took passengers beyond the capacity, made them sit/sleep onon the floor. I was mugged in the bus , my purse which had my Driving License, credit and debit cards was taken. My iPhone was stolen.the brazen thief was in the bus and when I insisted on the thief's bag being searched or taken to a police station, the bus crew allowed him get off the bus, which makes me to suspect their collusion. As they didn't entertain my complaints,I tried complaining at Paulo Travel's Hospet office. I contacted the Travels' senior Manager in their Head office. But that person disconnected without answering. It could be a big racket. PLEASE STAY AWAY FR OM PAULO buses..
