The worst staff behaviour experience ever. Had the worst fight with the bus cleaner for my paid luggage. I would never opt for this travels anymore.

Everybody can travel in that bus. But you have to make your mind setting as you are a servant in the KPN employees home. Otherwise you don't travel in that bus. The staffs will treat you as a servant. They think they are Maharajas. So pls avoid KPN. The same thing happening in SRM also.

There is not a single positive point about this bus. 1) I booked the bus seeing the boarding is at Tiruppur. But the actual boarding is at Avinashi, a place located 15 km away from Tiruppur. 2) Bus reached 1 hour late at Avinashi. 3) Seat was dirty and very uncomfortable. 4) The right arm-rest had no cushion. It was very uncomfortable all along the journey. The left one was damaged, my finger got hurt. 5) Bus was vibrating heavily and there was a disturbing sound all the time. 6) A/c was not working properly. The A/C points were open, there was no way to close it. When some passengers asked to close it, the staff provided dirty cloths to close the A/c knobs. 7) Staffs were not co-operative. 8) Bus reached 2.5 hours late at Chennai. It was a horrible journey.

They have cancelled the bus at the last moment. The reason they gave was that the bus is cancelled due to a problem with the A/C. But I strongly believe they cancelled the trip because of less number of passengers.
