Journey was not that good as compared to VRL travels, Ac was too mild and also there was some smell arround inside.the entertainment system was off in night and a very small screen. Safety door was all open no curtains outside lights cannot be stopped making it difficult to sleep.

The bus was delayed by one hour and the intimation came only at the scheduled time. Overall it's a nice service for Shimoga and I Will definelty book again on the same bus. One thing be careful with ur belongings, I got down for tea and after coming found my earphones missing. Didn't complain as it was my mistake.

The scheduled departure time was 3PM and bus departed at 4:30 from Shimoga. We were about 15-20 passengers in the bus and travelled about 2 hours and due heavy rain fall in Mumbai, as per Maharashtra government guidelines and as per the discussion had with people residing in Mumbai, all passengers decided to cancel the journey. But response from the bus owner was terrible and was least bothered to listen to passengers. The way owner spoke to us was really not acceptable. We all understand from owner point of view about his loss etc but it was very clear from bus owner side, he was least bothered about safety of his passengers. Never recommend this bus for anyone.
