I booked the slepper for 8.15pm, bus arrived at 8.40pm only and when I enquired about my seat , staffs told me that, my bus will come later only. Another bus arrived at 9.10pm. again when I enquired about my seat, staffs told that, my relevant bus was departed already. After my several requests ,they allotted a semi sleeper seat to me.. I am totally disappointed with the services of this travels. Requesting you that, not recommend this travels to any of your customers and I need my money back. Pathetic and worst service
