the bus arrived 1 hour late. there were no facilities nor any indicator where the bus would arrive at the point of alight. although I had booked an window seat, the actual numbering of seat no 8 was non window. the cooling of the bus was not appropriate and there was a stink in the bus. also no proper ventilation. the seats were not comfortable.

    1. Bus pick up timing was 9:45pm and it actually arrived at The pick up point at 11:00pm. 2. Planned arrival time was 7:00am and it actually reached at 9:00 am. Pathetic time management 3. Bus staff was very rude and abusive. Driver and conductor literally had no courtesy to tell that why bus is running late when I called up, conductor used abusive words saying" Madam pakao mat, bus Rasta Bharat gai hai isliye late hai" 4. On the way, bus was stopping at every stop to fill up local sawari and seats were getting sold on half prices ...just ridiculous 5. No luggage space, all the luggage was kept inside the bus in the aisle...no management at all 6. The worst thing was that driver wanted to sell the seat adjacent to me to a boy when he was aware that a male passenger can't sit near female passenger. 7. females sitting near me had same feedback that bus operators are not good. They are abusive. Very bad staff 8. Neeta is a brand in bus services. Having trust I booked neeta but it spoiled all the good image after this bus ride. You should be more focused about your services otherwise it will tlet your brand image down very badly.
